Blue Origin confirmed Monday that actor William Shatner will be on the next New Shepard suborbital flight. The company said Shatner will be on the Oct. 12 flight, joining previously announced customers Chris Boshuizen and Glen de Vries. Blue Origin executive Audrey Powers will be the fourth person on the flight. Shatner, best known as Star Trek's Capt. James T. Kirk, had widely been rumored to be on the flight. At the age of 90, he will be the oldest person to fly to space.
