Posted: Sun, Aug 3, 2025, 12:06 PM ET (1606 GMT)
Falcon 9 launch Crew-11 (NASA) A Crew Dragon spacecraft delivered a new crew to the International Space Station. A Falcon 9 lifted off from the Kennedy Space Center at 11:43 am EDT (1543 GMT) Friday, placing the Crew Dragon spacecraft Endeavour into orbit. A launch attempt the previous day was scrubbed by weather. The spacecraft docked with the ISS at 2:27 am EDT (0627 GMT) Saturday. The Dragon is flying the Crew-11 mission for NASA, delivering four people from NASA, JAXA, and Roscosmos. While normal crew rotations last about six months, NASA has not decided how long Crew-11 will last as it studies if the Crew Dragon's on-orbit lifetime can be extended to eight months.
