Astroscale raised $109 million in a new funding round Nov. 25. The company raised the Series F round from Japanese and European investors, bringing the total amount raised by the Tokyo-based company to $300 million. Astroscale says it will use the funds to accelerate several projects to service satellites and remove debris. It plans to continue tests of its ELSA-d satellite, demonstrating technologies to capture debris, later this year.
