A Progress cargo spacecraft docked with the International Space Station on Wednesday, two days after launch. The Progress M-52 spacecraft (called mission 17P by NASA) docked with the aft port of the Zvezda module of the ISS at 2:10 pm EST (1910 GMT) Wednesday. The automated docking took place as planned. The Progress, launched on a Soyuz from Baikonur on Monday, is carrying more than two tons of food, water, propellant, and other supplies and equipment for the two-man ISS crew.
