Apollo and Gemini astronaut Tom Stafford has died. Stafford passed away Monday at the age of 93 after an extended illness. Stafford was selected in NASA's second class of astronauts in 1962 and he flew on the Gemini 6A and Gemini 9A missions, followed by Apollo 10, a dress rehearsal for the Apollo 11 landing.
