Long March 4C launches SAR satellite

A Long March 4C launched a synthetic aperture radar imaging satellite Feb. 26. The rocket lifted off from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center at 6:44 pm EST (2344 GMT) and placed the L-SAR 01B satellite into orbit. It joins the L-SAR 01A satellite launched in January to perform Earth science observations.
