Posted: Sun, Apr 19, 2020, 10:24 AM ET (1424 GMT)
SoftBank is offering a loan to OneWeb to keep the constellation company in business until it can sell its spectrum assets. SoftBank, OneWeb's largest creditor, is leading the proposed loan of $75 million, with an option to increase it to as large as $300 million, according to a bankruptcy court filing last Friday. The loan would keep OneWeb in operation through a planned sale of its spectrum assets, which could be completed in June.
