ESA Director-General Jan Woerner told a news conference Thursday that the proposed budget will be taken up by the ESA Ministerial Council at its meeting in late November in Spain. That budget will include funding for additional Orion service modules and a role in the lunar Gateway and potential funding support for the Ariane 6 and Vega C rockets.
