The company said it will build a factory near the Kennedy Space Center to manufacture an orbital launch vehicle it is developing, which will launch from Launch Complex 36 at Cape Canaveral, a former Atlas launch pad. Bezos said the company plans the first launches of the vehicle to take place by the end of the decade. The company is spending more than $200 million to establish those facilities, and will create 330 jobs, according to state officials.
