Posted: Mon, Feb 16, 2015, 7:27 PM ET (0027 GMT)
Space propulsion company Aerojet Rocketdyne let go its president on Friday, replacing him with the CEO of its parent company. Aerojet Rocketdyne president Warren M. Boley, Jr. was replaced by Scott Seymour, GEO of GenCorp, according to a memo distributed to company employees late Friday. No reason for the move was given. Boley had headed the company since the merger of Aerojet with Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne was finalized in 2013; he had been president of Aerojet for a year before that.
