Progress M-13M docking with ISS (NASA) A Progress cargo spacecraft docked with the International Space Station on Wednesday morning. The Progress M-13M spacecraft, designated Progress 45 by NASA, docked with the Pirs module of the ISS at 7:41 am EDT (1141 GMT) Wednesday, three days after launch from Baikonur. The spacecraft carries 2.9 tons of food, water, propellant, and other supplies for the crew, including, notably, two iPads for entertainment use by the station's crew. The successful launch and docking of the Progress, two months after a similar spacecraft was lost in a Soyuz launch failure, clears the way for the launch of three new ISS crewmembers on a Soyuz spacecraft on November 13.
