STS-133: Discovery docking at ISS (NASA) The space shuttle Discovery docked with the International Space Station for the final time on Saturday. Discovery docked with the Harmony module of the station at 2:14 pm EST (1914 GMT) after a flawless approach, two days after launching from Florida. Hatches separating the shuttle and station opened about two hours after docking. Later Saturday crews transfered an external cargo carrier from the shuttle's cargo bay to the station's truss.
