Endeavour's return delayed for third day
CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (AFP) Dec 06, 2002
NASA on Friday postponed the landing of the US space shuttle Endeavour for the third day in a row because of bad weather.

Weather conditions in Florida with "thick clouds and low ceilings" forced mission control at the Johnson Space Center in Houston to put off the landing.

NASA has decided to ready Edwards Air Force Base in California for a possible shuttle landing on Saturday, should the Kennedy Space Center in Florida continue to be socked in.
