We are thrilled to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Nominal Systems, a provider of digital twinning simulation systems. The agreement signifies the beginning of a collaborative effort to integrate our respective systems and offerings in order to provide an enhanced end-customer value proposition.

As part of the agreement, both parties commit to effective and efficient collaboration to find ways to leverage the integrated offering and provide greater value to customers than the sum of their parts. On top of this foundation, we will explore further commercial pathways, including value added reseller partnerships across Australia, Europe, and the United States. This strategic alliance will enable both parties to tap into new markets and unlock growth opportunities globally.

The agreement aligns with our Software and Integration Partner Programme, a strategic platform for developing collaboration with commercial entities across the global space sector. Embracing both software and hardware technology providers, the programme offers diverse avenues for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. It is designed to support our anticipated market release of the innovative HELIX suite of software products. HELIX promises to streamline spacecraft software development, operations, service and end-user insights delivery processes, providing faster, simpler and significantly more cost-effective solutions.

“We are thrilled to to sign this strategic partnership with Nominal Systems.”
