BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Boca Chica Beach is temporarily closing for a SpaceX test launch. State Highway 4 from FM 1419 will be closed all the way to the entrance of Boca Chica Beach. No individuals or vehicles will be allowed access on Oct. 23. Only those who provide proof of residence will have the ability to enter. If SpaceX does not complete their test launch activities the closure could last until Oct. 25th.
