The M S University recently celebrated the success of India’s Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM) launched by Isro.
M S University celebrates success of India's Mars Orbiter Mission
VADODARA: The M S University recently celebrated the success of India’s Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM) launched by Isro. The Faculty of Science organized a function at the auditorium of the department of Geology. At this function a video was screened that depicted the importance of India’s Mars mission and the kind of scientific potential it holds. MSU vice chancellor Prof Yogesh Singh addressed the audience and congratulated the scientists of ISRO and the entire scientific community of MSU for the success of the mission.

Singh advised that for the sake of the development of mankind and the nation, MSU scientists should get inspiration from this achievement and redouble their efforts to make cutting edge discoveries and inventions. Senate and syndicate members, deans of faculties and students attended this programme at the Faculty of Science.
The students of the Faculty of Law also celebrated the success of India’s mars mission by bursting crackers, distributing sweets and releasing balloons with messages in the sky.
